Beaujolais Villages

Our red Beaujolais villages
The vineyards are located in Jullié, a small village near Juliénas. The soil composition there is blue granite and clay. Because of its extremely fruity and smooth nature, Beaujolais Villages is easy and pleasant to drink, and therefore best consumed young. However, you can easily keep it for three years or longer.
Our rosé Beaujolais villages
After soaking the whole grapes for 8 hours, they are pressed, and the sweet juice is fermented at a low temperature like white wine. The result is a full-bodied, complex rosé, with the subtle aromas of flowers, exotic fruits and red fruits characteristic of the gamay variety of grape. This rosé is very pleasant and refreshing, and can be taken as an apéritif or as an accompaniment to summer meals.
