New to the Domaine

For several years Jean Marc and Arnaud had a project in mind. Plant a grape variety to make a white wine. Today it's done, after careful consideration and soil analysis, they made the choice for a Viognier plantation.
A small plot of land on hillsides, quite steep in very stony granite.
In the photos: preparation of the land and planting of grafts.
This grape variety requires not very fertile soil, produces small berries with thick skin.
Viognier, grape variety for white wine, fatty, creamy and very fragrant.
The first harvest will not be done for three years.
We can't wait to introduce you to our new vintage. But they will have to be very patient!!
