Our Viognier Vine

For its 2nd year, we are going to put stakes on each viognier plant to hold the branches which will grow in about 1 month.
Viognier has denser and taller vegetation than Gamay. (Viognier White wine)
This is why today we are implementing this trellising as in the Côte Rotie vines.
A first in Fleurie!!!!! This small 36 ares vine is our latest addition, the first harvest will take place in 2012.
