Grille midi is another climate of the Fleurie appellation. It'ss a sun-drenched granite amphitheater which has also been recognized as one of the best climates. We have every reason to believe that it takes its name from the fact that it is very hot there at noon. Our Grille Midi is made from a 70 year old vine. Each year it offers aromas of ripe fruit, spices, it has a toasted and toasted character.
